Description

Condition as shown in photo images. Three piece set. A clear glass lid, a white glass ceramic saucepan, and a metal cradle. The graphic in blue is Corning ware ‘cornflower’ pattern with model number that denotes it was produced over 50 years ago (late 1960s to early 1970s). The model numbers fitting these items are; P 1 3/4 B, 1 3/4 quart Saucepan with P-11-M-1 Metal Cradle and Pyrex Glass Lid P-7-C with small knob. Saucepan; Very clean exterior and interior of high gloss white glass ceramic. No chips nor cracks in glass ceramic. Print image, excellent condition with very clear blue graphic. Pot has a few limited small markings/ scratches from adjacent surface contact and use of metal spoons over years. Base clearly denotes model number, Corning Ware name, Star burst/ stylized flame (dates of manufacture 1969 to 1972), and MADE IN USA, For Range and Microwave. Glass Lid; Clear glass “p-7-c” shaped to fit top of base. Very clean exterior and interior of glass with No chips nor cracks. Side edge embossed with model number and denotes item is ‘PYREX’. Proper time period lid with this assembly uses the small knob “P” rather than larger “A” knob. Metal cradle; Chrome finish covered steel base forms to hold buffet snug. The reflective quality of chrome is in very good shape with no visible metal corrosion marks or pits. Both product number & CORNINGWARE company name appears on base of cradle.
