The copper pot has an approximate 7.5 inch diameter on its base sloping to a 7 inch opening and sits 4 inches high. The porcelain insert has an approximate 6.75 inch diameter and sits 5 inch high. Together they sit almost 6.5 inches high without lid. From one handle to the other, the copper pot measures approximately 14.5 inches long. Together, the double boiler weights approximately 6 pounds. The item is antique and sold as is. It may show wear, scratches, dents, tarnish, pits, original imperfections and/or damage from normal use. I have called out a ding to one side of the copper pot, as shown in photos. Examine photos carefully as they are part of the description. Imperfections were factored into pricing.
