Description
Part of the "La Mama" collection designed by Enzo Mari in the 70's for Le Creuset, this saucepan is among the most rare pieces. An unusual 17cm wide with a pouring spout and a teak handle. Sidewall has brown enamel, with a raw cast iron bottom and a white interior enamel. The raw iron is ideal, as it won't scratch enamel when being slid on a cooktop, and also helps reduce stress cracks in the enamel going from the sidewall to the bottom. Enamel is in great shape on the exterior, with wear as shown on the interior. Handle is near perfect with minor discoloration at the bottom near the mounting point. Pot sits flat. 17cm Wide Weighs 1183g Marked "LE CREUSET MADE in FRANCE 17" Please review all photos and description before purchase, sales are final. Shipping from SE Wisconsin. Thank You!
