Enameled cast iron sauce pan by Royal Hunt 2.5 quarts Made in England Designed by David Douglas, the 12th Marquess of Queensberry Mid-century modern MCM Osk handles on pot and lid The condition of this vintage saucepan is Excellent: no cracks, no nicks, no stains, no chips. The interior is bright white. All this from a 60 year old cast iron pot. Diameter: 7 inch Height: 4.5 inch without kid Length: 13.4 inch with wood handle How well built must it be to remain spotless since the 1960s? It can clean up after use and use. Designed by David Douglas, the 12th Marquess of Queensberry, a design professional (and professor of ceramics at the Royal College of Art) from a family of design professionals. See also "Queensburt Hunt" a design firm. The design is classic (MCM colors), with wood handles for both pot and lid. The manufacturing quality is also "top drawer"; it remains attractive and durable.
