The Cool touch handle is perfectly mad so you don't burn you hand while cooking. You are able to hold the handle worry free and stir or cook, and remove the pot off the stove. The saucepan has a tempered glass lid you can have on while you are cooking. You can also have the lid on to keep the food warm. The saucepan measures in at 13 x 6.5 x 3.5 - 1.07lbs The saucepan is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning Return Policy Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Refused Delivery: It will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, amount of refund will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways.
