SEASONING: • If the cooking surface has reduced in non-stick food release, this normally means that you need to re-season the pan as regular cleaning with detergents will dissolve the natural oil in the surface. • Simply apply a light coating of cooking oil using a paper towel or cloth, then wipe around the total interior surface of the cookware. Wipe off any excess oil. This will re-condition your cookware. RE-CONDITIONING NON-STICK COOKWARE: • To rejuvenate the non-stick qualities of your pan, remove any excess oils and food grit. Boil 1 cup of vinegar in water (fill the water to nearly the top of the pan). Once boiled leave the water to cool completely. Oil residue will rise to the top of the pan. Once cooled, wash the pan in warm soapy water and season with oil following the seasoning steps mentioned previously.
